Richard Whincup is a Chartered Engineer whose management consulting career began in 1984.

He is a member of both the Institute of Management Consultants and the British Computer Society, and holds the internationally recognised title of Certified Management Consultant.

He worked for six years as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche, prior to which he owned a computer software house specialising in bespoke systems.

His experience encompasses a wide variety of clients in many industries, particularly the manufacturing, service and professional sectors.

Pat Woodfield is a specialist in Management Training and Development and the design and implementation of employee development programmes that link into strategic business planning.

She has been CIPD qualified since 1988 and is a past Chair of the CIPD for Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Pat spent four years with IMI plc and six years with Deloitte & Touche.

She started her consulting career in 1990 and has experience of working with a variety of organisations, advising on human resources management issues and designing and implementing management training programmes.

Pat was a main Board Member of the YMCA in Nottingham and an external lecturer and examiner.
