Management Training and Development

Organisations expect a great deal from their managers in terms of skills, ability to adapt to new methods of working and contribution to corporate goals. Management Training and Development helps managers to fulfil those expectations.

Successful organisations recognise the importance of both building on the strengths of their people, particularly at management level, and providing the opportunity to develop new skills.

Our approach to management training is pragmatic, using coaching, role rehearsal, case study analysis, video feedback and action centred learning. All people management issues are addressed including: employment law, team management, performance appraisal, interviewing and assessment skills, performance management, conduct and discipline, harassment and bullying, customer handling, human resource management skills, coaching and counselling.

We work alongside our clients’ management teams to identify skills and nurture strengths from within organisations in order to develop bespoke management and employee training programmes.

This approach ensures that training programme content is specifically designed to suit our clients’ objectives and the ability of participants, whilst reflecting organisational culture.

Our senior staff also regularly present Management Training courses on an open basis. These workshops are targeted at participants who seek the catalyst of an exchange of ideas with peer groups and the cross-fertilisation of ideas that result from mixing with representatives from other organisations.
